Kaddu ki Sabzi (Red Pumpkin Dry Veggie)

I have eaten Kaddu (red pumpkin/maththan) usually in molagutal, sambar, erisseri (south-indian gravy recipes). I was introduced to this recipe by hubby. Loved the recipe when I tried it the first time. You too can try it out to see if you like it …. Simple and yummy one! Click here for its recipe.

  1. Nice recipe – try to avoid using a ladle after the first few minutes. Just toss the kadai using mittens or gloves, to keep the veges whole.

From skribles: Thanks Nirmala – and a nice tip – will follow it the next time. Actually, here at home we like it a little mushed up 🙂
