Samosa Sandwich

This was one of those things to satisy the snacking cravings on a rainy day without indulging in actual fried samosas 😀 … Had some wheat bread at home – the sandwich filling was the potato masala used for samosas …

This sandwich came out tasty without the extra oil that I would have to use for frying the samosas.

These sandwiches along with sauce/chutney on the side – is yumm as a snack paired with garam chai – or even as a meal! … Here we to go to the recipe.
