Tamatar Moong Dal (Tomatoes and Mung Lentil Gravy)

This one is a simple dish, but comforting. Just split, skinned moong/mung beans with tomatoes and a few spices. Yumm with rice or rotis.

DH and I also like to have it as soup (a thinned version). Moong dal is made in hundreds of different ways! Here’s my version. Click here for the recipe.
