Quick Dahi Vada

When we want to have something cool and comforting … dahi vada fits the bill perfectly! It is one of our favorites as a chaat.

I usually make the vadas with the traditional soak and grind method (recipe already posted). This time, I wanted to make dahi vadas at short notice and with lesser oil – so just tried this twist. It came out really well and yummy. This is the north-indian sweetish dahi vada. Click here for the entire recipe.
