Crispy-Spicy Potato Slices

These potato slices taste like fried potato slices/wedges within Indian style masala – however, they have very little oil! Enjoy the taste of these crispy slices without the extra oil. You can also try varying the spices as per your taste.

You can enjoy it as a side dish with rotis/rice or by itself as a snack. Here’s the recipe.
