Chilly Paneer Dry (Without Deep Frying)

Most of the chilly paneer (or paneer chilly) recipes I find online were deep-fried ones. I just tried out this version without deep frying and the taste was the same. I won’t feel guilty making this one again 🙂 

This one is a yummy spicy indo-chinese style starter/snack without the MSG and the extra oil. Click here for the recipe.
