Onion Stir-Fry Paratha (Onion Flatbread – Indian)

These onion parathas can be made with just onion, chillies, and spices at home J – so just out of the pantry. Moreover, it’s an easy and quick recipe. The onions are not raw, hence the stuffing can be stored and the parathas don’t become soggy. 

This is my first entry to the Jihva for Ingredients (JFI) event – started by Indira. This month’s ingredient is Onion – so here’s my recipe – Onion Paratha ….
