Plantain Peels Thoran
This one is a dry vegetable made by using the peels of raw (green) plantain. Not just raw plantains, but their peels are also edible and tasty. Mom makes these peels thoran along with white chowli (chowri) beans called vella payaru. Click here for the recipe.
