Alu Methi Dry Vegetable
This one is a north-indian sabzi (vegetable). It is tasty (if you like the combi of slightly bitter methi with the starchy potatoes) as well as healthy – it is easy to make too.
This version does not have onion or garlic, nor any dairy item – so its vegan as well!
Usually we have it with chapattis/rotis. Also, a great combi with dal and rice. Not too spicy as well – so simple to cook, good to eat. Click here for the recipe.
