Granny Smith Apple Panna

After using the green sour apples (Granny Smith) a few times with apple thokku (pickle) and apple pachadi, I don’t hesitate to try stuff where these apples are used instead of raw mangoes (kairi/manga). This is one such idea – instead of kairi (raw mangoes) in panna/panha, I tried it with those sour apples (again :D … ) – the regular kairi panna you can find here.

The apple panna is yummy and welcome in this hot summer! Lets read through its recipe here.
