Mirchi Bhajiyas (Without Deep Frying)

Mirchi bhajiyas (Indian fritters with green chilly peppers) is for those who enjoy the spice of green chillies. If you can’t find green chillies, you may use jalapenos instead. These go well as a snack with a hot cup of tea/coffee on a rainy/cold day. You may also serve this as a side dish to rice items during lunch/dinner.
